Last Saturday, I decided to try a new casino and sportsbook after seeing many positive reviews about Roobet. I registered and made a deposit of approximately €2,600. I placed several bets on different matches.
Later in the day, I tried to make a withdrawal. It was not processed immediately, and shortly after, the withdrawal request was cancelled without explanation. I also noticed that some of my bets that had already finished and were marked as winning were later changed to voided, even though the events were completed and the results were clear. In addition, the sportsbook section suddenly became unavailable on my account.
I contacted the live chat support, who told me to wait while they checked the situation. Later, I received a message saying that sportsbook betting would no longer be available for my account. When I checked my transaction history, I saw an “Admin Deduct” of €2,218, without any explanation or justification.
I tried several times to contact Roobet and resolve the situation amicably, but they never explained why my winning bets were voided or why €2,218 was removed from my balance.
I confirm that I did not violate any of the casino’s terms and conditions. I was not involved in arbitrage or any prohibited betting strategy. I simply placed normal bets on different games.
I am ready to provide any required documents or evidence. I have attached a screenshot showing the “Admin Deduct” transaction.
Thank you for your assistance.
Dear all,
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Roobet Sportsbook management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
Dear all,
Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team requested and is still awaiting additional information from the Roobet Sportsbook team.
Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.
I would like to clarify that I did not engage in what has been described as “syndicate betting.” All of my bets have already been shared with the AskGamblers support team via screenshots.
I would also like to bring your attention to Roobet’s handling of my case.
Roobet acknowledged that they made a mistake and credited a certain amount to my account. This amount has already been wagered in the sportsbook. Normally, when you make a deposit on Roobet, you must wager at least 20% of it before requesting a withdrawal.
Despite the fact that this amount was credited due to Roobet’s own error—and that I have already wagered it in the sportsbook—Roobet is now requiring me to wager 100% of it. In addition, the sportsbook is no longer accessible on my account, and Roobet has also removed both Roobet Games and the live casino, as shown in the attached screenshot.
I have attempted to discuss this inconsistency with customer support, but without success.
All screenshots are attached to this message.
Thank you.
