I am reaching out because Roobet deducted €1631.07 from my account without giving any explanation.
I received a message from them stating that sportsbook wagers were suddenly disabled on my profile and that my bets and winnings had been voided in accordance with Clause 6.4 of their Terms of Service. No additional details were provided to justify this action.
I contacted their support team several times to ask for clarification, but they refused to provide any reason for their decision.
I would like to emphasize that I have complied with all of their terms and conditions.
I am attaching evidence, including screenshots of my deposits and the “Admin modify” section showing the balance adjustment. I am also including one example of the cancelled bets taken directly from my account.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I would like to point out that no funds have been refunded so far, including my original deposit.
