After winning bets on the Europa League, I tried to withdraw my funds, but the platform requested a second-step KYC verification.
I completed both step 2 and step 3 of the KYC process, but I still haven't been able to place new bets or withdraw my funds.
I contacted support via chat, and they requested a selfie while holding my documents. I sent the selfie, but after waiting for 50 hours, my account is still restricted — I can’t access sports betting, deposits, or withdrawals. Only the casino section is available to me.
