Emojiplanet Slot is a NetEnt powered video slot which features 6 reels and 20 paylines. The game possesses regular and sticky Wilds alongside with five exciting bonus features. However, one thing is sure, everyone knows and loves emojis, and finally there is a game as a tribute to them. Players are welcome to spin the reels here for fun, or visit any of the NetEnt Casinos and get them spinning for real.

How to Play Emojiplanet Slot

If you feel like entering the world of emojis, you need to learn how to control it and regulate your bets.

  • Level and Coin Size buttons are used when you want to either increase or decrease your bets.
  • Max Bet will spin the reels at the highest bet allowed.
  • Should you decide to spin the reels for a predetermined number of times without any interuptions, you need to hit Au¬top¬lay¬.
  • Once you decide on your bets, you will get the reels in motion by hitting Spin.

Slot Features

The Wild logo may occur anywhere on the reels and substitute for all symbols. The game features a corresponding meter. For each time the meter is being filled up by 12 spaces, a corresponding Emoji feature will be activated once, when there are no more winning combinations to be formed. These five Emoji bonus games include the Bomb feature, Pizza feature, Kiss Mark feature, Rocket feature and Two Hearts feature.

Emoji Meter Feature

Each time a symbol is destroyed, it moves up the Emoji Meter, and when you manage to fill a meter completely, you will receive a special bonus, which may carry Free Spins, Sticky-Wild respins, or more. To be specific, once the meter is activated, players can win anything from cash prizes, 10 stacks of Wilds, 3×3 overlay symbols and 3 Sticky Wilds.

Once the Bomb feature is triggered, 8 random symbols on the reels are destroyed and a random coin win of up to 100x the bet level is awarded for each destroyed symbol. When the Pizza feature is activated, a 3x3 overlay of any regular symbol randomly appears on the reels.

Kiss Mark feature carries 3 Sticky Wild symbols that randomly appear and remain on the reels. Furthermore, each Sticky Wild symbol has 3 lives and, whenever the symbol it is being part of a winning combination, it losses a life. After all 3 lives are lost, the symbol disappears.

Upon activating the Rocket feature, a stack of 10 Wilds occurs on and above one of the reels, creating a winning combo. During Two Hearts feature, on the other hand, the total payout is multiplied by the number of times the meter is filled up plus one.

Cluster Pays

Instead of spinning, symbols fall into positions and, in order to get a winning combo, players need to form clusters of at least 5 identical symbols. The emoji symbol that pays the most is the smiley face, whereas if you land 30 of them simultaneously, you’ll win 500x your stake.

Summary

Emojiplanet seems to be one amusing slot filled with features which are easy to trigger and fun at the same time. This is not something we can call a typical online slot, in fact, it’s anything but. The entire atmosphere is lighthearted and silly which is why you will get the feel as if you are actually playing a true game instead of a serious gambling machine. Whichever may be, this slot is definitely worth a shot.

The ‘Emoji Planet’ video slot developed from NetEnt Software, with 6 reels and 20 Paylines The mechanic is quite similar to that of ‘Gonzo’s Quest’ where symbols tumble down, with the Avalanche™.

Winning combinations appear when a cluster of 5 or more symbols are formed. Is a 6 reel/20 Paylines slot that pays up to 10.000 coins. As main theme of the game the provider included, the 'Emoji' trend. Basically, the ‘Emojis Trend’ originated on Japanese mobile phones during the 1990s! Since then they’ve become increasingly popular over the Social platforms. There are 5 ‘Emoji’ meters in, starting with the Bomb Meter/Pizza Meter/Kiss Meter/The Rocket Meter/Two Hearts Meter.

In my opinion, after five minutes on my first session, the only thing that transmitted to me was eye strain, with such annoying visuals. I had no feel to continue. Personally, I prefer to spend my time and coins on ‘Finn and the Swirly Spin’ slot. Even on ‘Temple of Nudges’ slot, I don’t feel bothered! That’s all.

Emojiplanet is yet another attempt by NetEnt to break into Play'nGo's territory, hahaha. Play'nGo has established itself as the successful game provider where clusters-pay games are concerned, with good games like Gemix, Cloud Quest and Viking's Runecraft, to name a few. NetEnt's attempts at such clusters-pay games have not been as successful at all, not to me at least, because I couldn't like Aloha Cluster Pays and I couldn't like Shangri-La Cluster Pays either. Now NetEnt is trying again with this Emojiplanet game. Will it succeed? Who knows, but I really doubt it!

First thing first - the icons used in this relatively new game, Emojiplanet, have much to be desired. They don't look as good as what players have come to expect from newer NetEnt's games, which usually have very nice graphics. Even the background animations in Emojiplanet are just as poor as well, making me think if this game should have been released 10 years ago or so! The overall look of the game is simply not attractive and it looks rather awful!

The game plays with a minimum bet of 0.20, with no fixed paylines of course, because any cluster of 5 or more same symbols anywhere on the reels make a win. It's 6-reels 5-rows format isn't to my liking, but all cluster-pays games use this format, so I can't really complain on that. It is also hard for me to rate the paytable, considering that there can be 30 same symbols on the reels at any one time, so the win values cannot be directly compared to the usual 5-reels 3-rows paytable. Nevertheless, how the wins pay would indicate whether the paytable is good or otherwise.

The lowest 5 symbols have their own special features, each activated when its meter is filled up by collecting 12 of that symbol. Briefly, the Bomb awards 8 Bomb symbols, the Pizza awards a 3x3 array of random same symbols, the Kiss Mark awards 3 Sticky Wilds, each with 3 Lives, the Rocket awards a vertical row of Stacked Wilds, and the 2-Hearts awards a multiplier, based on the number of times the meter has been filled up, plus +1. During play, one or more of these features can be triggered at the same time, but each feature taking turns to activate. Out of these 5 features, I cannot really say which is best, or which could pay better. My few plays on Emojiplanet have seen all the features in action, but I personally prefer the Rocket feature with its vertically Stacked Wilds.

Having said all that, playing this Emojiplanet game can be very patience-taxing! Why? Because the spins can go on and on and on, without activating any of the 5 features, which can make any player lose his/her patience! I myself got so fed up at some points in the game, but luckily though, luck was on my side on that day, and I finally got a nice decent win. Then I was out of there in a flash! Hahaha.

Nothing, I can't find anything positive about this game.

Extremaly frustrating, it drains money like crazy and it's near to impossible to get any feature. Graphics are bad, it looks like a rushed game to me. Probably one of the worst slots I've ever played and definitely worst from NetEnt.
