I had a 10 free spin no deposit bonus and ended up winning in excess of £1200. I managed to withdraw this if I deposited £10. Because I had not wagered before I had to make the deposit and therefore made the withdrawal with the £10 that I had deposited included. Very happy.

Nothing special - small number of slots. The live casino games are just extreme gaming and only liveroulette, dolphin's roulette, ra roulette - but when you login in the live casino games you see the same dealer across all games.

Not much a few good games but with payouts that drops significantly as soon as you are using non bonus funds. Bonus funds seem to last right up the the wagering requirement then average payout around 65%. Seems dodgy, avoid.

Awful customer service provided by Nektan, long withdrawal process asked them to respond to my complaint, they closed my account. The first line support staff are rude, disrespectful and either don't have anyone with oversight of what they are doing or the management doesn't care. Email sent to CEO but I'm not holding my breath for a reply .

Absolutely nothing. Rude staff, terrible experience when trying to withdraw £1700 (which I haven't been able to withdraw).

Awful just awful, avoid, if you have an account with any of the other companies under the Nektan umbrella (which is not made clear on their website) they will not pay out, I won £1700 and they are refusing to pay, complaint submitted but I'm not hopeful it will be resolved.

Disgraceful terms and conditions awfully misleading.

I signed up for a free £5 no deposit bonus with these guys and won £400 exactly. Deposited £10, has a customer service guy called Travis advised me too do and withdrew all funds back to my debit card 24 hours later.
Guess what, account was locked and suspended. Contacted them a few times via phone, very rude customer service team but did what they advised me to do and waited 72 hours.
Here's the nasty part; they then emailed me to tell me my account was closed and I can't have my money, has I have accounts with Coinfalls casino, Jackpot mobile casino and Sapphire rooms casino, all owned by the group Nektan umbrella.
How the hell is a person too know whether all these casinos are part of the same group.

Cheating, disgraceful, unfair, misleading, rude are to name a few words I'd use. Really let down and would put a massive warning don't join spin princess all any of these sites they haven't even given me back my £10 I deposited, disgusting!

I signed up but opted to forfeit my 200% bonus as I just wanted to deposit a small amount and hopefully win as well!! I only deposited £16 but was lucky enough to win £45 :-)... I made a withdrawal request, there was a little hiccup with my card details as for some reason my registered debit card was registered as a credit card so I received an e mail saying I couldn't withdraw more than my initial deposit and asking for a bank account to make withdrawal... I didn't really understand why but gave details anyway and requested my original £45 withdrawal... It was in my bank within 24 hours!!

Definitely recommend and there range of slots although not massive contained a couple of my favorites like South Park and Gonzos Quest.

No complaints the set up is easy to do and the range of games is passable.
