I had nonsticky bonus and played it but when I won with raw money it went on bonus money and could not withdraw and I lost it. They are saying it's non sticky.

Ok this is an update to my last review things have changed dramatically since the last review the casino is upping its game there are many more games to play, more promotions, tournaments, smooth play, customer service has improved amazingly. I've been very impressed since my last review I've seen a curve of epic proportions and credit is due here. Payment times I think have changed just as an example I'm talking 30 mins with Visa Direct I don't have anything on my Casino Card that can beat that like seriously Rizk has turned into a blazing star!

The promotions they handle are not clear, they constantly have promotions that you can take but you never earn anything, they never publish winners, a few weeks ago they supposedly gave away a smartphone every week, it was never known who won, they must be more transparent with the promotions they do since They are misleading, they also no longer send bonuses very rarely, bonuses of 10% which is very low. Having sent all relevant documents to Rizk just last year I was asked to resend them. It's strange how this was only asked of me just a day after a £500 withdraw.
