The site itself is definitely different with the island music playing and almost comic book like graphics but once you figure where everything is you start to realize that someone actually put some thought into the UI and navigation for the most part is easy and not riddled with one after the other advertisements for another confusing promotion or whatever they need to sell... in fact as you dig deeper into the site your will find little gems like when you enter a coupon code and it doesn't work then the UI will actually suggest another coupon for your without having to back out and go see if you got the spelling wrong or it was expired and you missed it.

In my case I deposited $50 USD and entered the code for 100% match deposit and the deposit went thru fine but I noticed that my balance was still only $50 so I contacted Live Support and was immediately greeted by courteous and professional gentle man Stevan I believe his name was and who immediately rectified my problem and went so far as to call me to confirm my account as well welcome me to casino.

I was told the bonus I was given was 100% match and 30 Free Spins on some game 35x play thru no max limit.

Since I have an account in their affiliates, I just activated my account in Treasure Mile and was ready to play. I went to cashier and when I redeemed the code, it showed I wasn't eligible for it. Then I had some talk with elfs aka their support- I have to say I talked with them about 10 minutes and they made me smile the whole time. It was few days before Christmas and the support was very festive (they introduced themselves as elfs from South pole), so nice. Unfortunately there wasn't any no deposit bonus I could claim, but they offered me something else - 100% match up bonus and 25 free spins afterwards. I decided to take this offer.

I made a minimum deposit of 20€ and started to play with 40€ in my balance. With that I went to play Roll Up slot. It seemed carnival like and has 9 paylines, so I placed 0.27€ bets per spin and played 50 autospins. Soon after I had started the autoplay, I won 30free spins. I expected there to be a multiplier, but the free spins were played as regular game without multiplier, and resulted in a 1.11€ win which is super small for so many spins. I have said it before and I repeat, Bet On Soft casinos are all bad casinos. The present review is for Treasure Mile Casino, but at least from my part all its other sister casinos received similar reviews . Not only the 25 USD bonus available on its welcome page is not granted (automatically or by the support) but even the bonus codes present on the affiliate sites (such as the free spins offer on its AskGamblers page) are not honored. One of the bonuses is expired and for the other there are certain conditions that need to be fulfilled (conditions that I have not had the patience to read).
To make this review I played for virtual money and doing so it took me only a few tens of minutes to harden my earlier opinion made ​​on similar casinos.
