Hugo Casino - Money not credited and poor service
Good day Ask Gambler team.

I have encountered a problem with Hugo Casino recently and will explain in detail below and attach evidence to support this.

Three days ago I deposited $100.00 using an E-Voucher from Cashtocode. The transaction prompted me as successful and I was redirected back to Hugo's site. On arrival to Hugo I was again prompted with a deposit was successful alert. However, when I checked my balance, I noticed that the balance had not changed. I checked the transaction history and my payment was listed as pending which i found to be odd. I contacted live support who told me, some deposits take upto seventy minutes so please wait. I waited for two hours and still nothing had come through. I contacted live support once again who instructed me to wait and the financial team would be in touch. Not very impressed, but little else I could do, was wait. I provided Live support with screen shots of the payment and my play history which showed them that my query was genuine.
While waiting for Hugos finance team to contact me, I decided to reach out to Cashtocode and see if any problem on their side had occurred. Cashtocode responded via email quickly and confirmed that my payment was a success but there had been some type of merchant error on Hugos part. Cashtocode said they would email Hugo and have things sorted for me. I was over the moon with this outcome and emailed Hugo to give them the update and a copy of the email I received from Cashtocode. I figured this was now sorted and my money would soon show. Sadly, this has been the case at all. Hugo Casinos financial team responded after hours and hours to say they couldn't see a problem from their side and the payment remains as pending. Again I responded with all of the evidence one should require. Hours passed until I received an email saying my withdrawal request requires me to authenticated. I never asked for a withdrawal! All I wanted was my $100 credited to my account along with a promo payment of $141.00. Hours and hours again went by until i emailed yet again asking for the funds credited. Still nothing. It has now been three days and Hugo have not resolved this case at all. They never acknowledge the evidence I provide, rather they respond with bot type answers. I am fed up with this and cannot fathom how any business can legally withhold funds from a vendor who has made no fault at all. Please help me Ask Gamblers, I have little other option otherwise.

There are lots of different games and good bonuses, the site is also easy to use. There are many different payment methods. There is also a good live casino.

Live chat is useless; the response is an email address to which to send a message. It takes at least 24 hours to respond to an email, and the response is clearly an automated response. It takes days to verify the account. Withdrawals take over a week at worst and cannot be processed in the evening or on weekends. It is not worth putting your money here.

It is very difficult for them to pay you any money. First, they accept the withdrawal, then after 2 days, they cancel the withdrawal and write that unfortunately technical error did not go through, try again and again, and the same thing they do every time. Be careful where you risk your money, do you want to make a deposit and never get it back? So, at Hugo casino, they are really a fraudulent site. I personally have started by reporting them to: Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB), AskGamblers, Trustpilot, and other watchdog platforms. Initiate a recovery procedure with my bank/payment provider.

I believe they are not an old company, but they have a wide game selection. The site runs smoothly and fast, and their support team responds quickly as well.

Withdrawal time might definitely be improved. I requested a deposit 5 days ago, but I'm still waiting with no update and have no idea when the funds will actually arrive.

If you have won money, then Hugo Casino will go out of their way to not answer you and drag out the time in the hopes that you will lose the money.

I have DKK 80,000. in my account right now. A week ago I requested a withdrawal, after which I received an email from them asking me to send physical pictures of the card I have used for the deposit.

I have used my virtual online card from Lunar, which is an online bank. Therefore I reply to them that physical images of my card do not exist. I have already at this point submitted both the statement from Lunar and the screenshot of the card from the app to them.

It has now been 8 days and I have received NO response. Have written to all their emails and the only response I get is that the department is working on the matter and will get back to you when possible.

Every time I make a withdrawal they send me the same automatic message asking for pictures of my card.

It's one of the biggest jokes I've ever witnessed. As far as I can read on trustpilot, there was also someone whose account was deactivated after a month because he had not provided Hugo Casino with the necessary documents.

It wouldn't suprise me if it was exactly the same thing they are doing right now with me, just so they Can remove all the money from my account.

If you have hopes of actually winning money and getting it, stay far away from Hugo Casino.

U cannot withdraw your money even if u didn't get it gamblling, u shoudn't get it I lost my money I hope u guys wont lose it to. Anything that u deposit hasto go away so be careful and avoid this site at all cost.
