Withdrawals are always processed manually. When asked how long it takes, they always say it's the finance department's business and it has nothing to do with them. The speed of response from customer service and emails. They seem to be very good at getting back to customers people quickly. I will give that to them, and they have lots of games.

I have just signed up to this website, I played and won. It’s been over 40 hours since they approved my documents for verification, and they said they do them in order. As a new Casino I have head the same lines before, and they are stalling hoping I cancel my withdrawal. If you want a fast payout do not use this casino. Always liked the hollycorn casinos, never had any problems with them. I like how they hold most of currently hottest titles and providers, and that the bonus use does not limit numerous games from playing.

I have reached several VIP levels. First I couldn't activate the 250 free spins reward. After waiting 18 days I got the answer that my bonus/deposit ratio was too high and I wasn't entitled to it. Made a deposit and received a bonus. I earned the VIP levels. Still no credit.
