The last withdrawal of $ 829 was ordered by me 17,07,2017. There is still no money. They did not answer any of my e-mails. Made a deposit of £200 and had a few wins on Live Roulette and made a withdrawal of £500 on 25th Dec 2016, got an email back saying; Hi, Your withdrawal request has been accepted. Your new balance is 0.0 Transaction ID: 161225110502, on 2016-12-25 11:05:02 +0000, over Withdraw-neteller Have a nice day! The Panthercasino.com Support Team. Then received another email from [email protected] asking for ID documents so sent these back same day. Since then no sign of any money or contact from them, sent numerous emails asking if they had approved the documents and processed the withdrawal but no response, tried ringing the 0845 contact number as well but no-one pick up and goes to 02 voicemail.

No Sign From My Money, Not Answering Email or Phone

I have been trying to contact Panther Casino for a week now, with regard to a withdrawal I requested in Bitcoins. They have not responded to my emails, or to my phone calls. The money has disappeared from my account balance, and there seems to be no mechanism on the site for viewing the transaction history. I'm a bit stuck now for what to do? I am owed £3,000, but no one would contact me

I submitted 2 requests for a withdrawal, both for £1500, so £3000 in total. A couple of days after my withdrawal request I got banned from the website. Every time I go www.panthercasino.com it automatically goes to https://www.panthercasino.com/banned.html with a message on the page saying "We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with access to our site. This may be because you are in a location which does not allow online gaming, or your account may have been made inactive. Please accept our apologies, and if you have any questions, please email support." I have sent various emails, all with no response, to try and find out what is going on. They were sent to [email protected] and [email protected] as these were the only 2 I could find online as there is nothing listed on the banned page I get directed to. I have also phoned them on 0845 299 3715 but never got an answer so after trying a few times, at different times of the day, I left a voice message with my mobile number asking them to call me back or at least reply to my emails. I have heard nothing at all from them so am very suspicious as to whether they have gone bust.... Please can you help?? All of this has been going on for about 3 - 4 weeks. I've made withdrawal of 750 euro, first the status was "pending" for to long and when it was finaly "succesfull"(after needed docu was sent trough), i've waited couple days (more the whats needed to proces a banktransfer) before contacting support, i have called and sent severall mails but they don't answer anymore (on website they claim to answer within 24h via mail and in the beginning they did but now i get nothing! no respons so please fix this;

I like the fact that they are given 200% BONUS for the first deposit. Good games free spin etc.

But how about the support no online chat???? Why?? No page in any other language they say 18 different nations but every time I click the German flag, they site just opens in English, sorry but this is not for what I'm looking for.

And if they change their language after a deposit, I never, will never come back to this Casino.

Panther casino is an interesting online casino. They recently were added to AskGamblers, but I've been a member there for some time now. I was attracted to their free chip offer, I don't remember the details for it, but I had no luck with the free bonus. They have 4 software providers and I do have to say, the combination of software’s is unusual- Betsoft, Ezugi, Topgame and Total E Soft Limited. About the last software I didn't know anything at all.

They run a promotion of 400% bonus, which requires only 10€ deposit. At first I wanted to take it, but I knew I wanted to play their live games and I wasn't sure if I could do that. Unfortunately they don't have a live support, I didn't want to bother with email question, so I just made a 40€ deposit using my Skrill e-wallet.

I got the money immediately and went to live game section. Since they didn't have live holdem game, I went with Blackjack. I placed the minimum bets of 5€ and lost 6 hands in a row, so I decided to move on to Live Baccarat, as their minimum bets were 1€. I had a bit of luck, step by step I got my balance up to 25€ and then I decided to try some slots.

My choice was Orbital Mining, as it has space theme which I love. I played with the minimum bets, because I wanted to explore the game. I really liked the looks and I think TopGame has done great job with this game, but unfortunately my session ended about after 200 spins, I couldn't get more than 10x bet size winnings, and they came up too rarely. But I am sure I will play this game more.

Overall I have quite mixed feelings about this casino. I do like the game selection, it is quite wide, and the fact they offer live casino is definitely a good thing. I have to praise them for the live games, although there wasn't my favorite game- holdem, the quality for live games was really great and the dealers were very professional.

I don't really like the fact they don't offer live chat (only email and live telephone support), in my opinion, every good casino needs live chat, it is the easiest way how to deal with any questions.

Panther Casino is another casino which I have found online, when I was searching for some freebie, free spins so that way I found this casino, which was giving 100$ free chip. When I saw I knew there was some catch in giving this bonus, just because its a huge no deposit bonus. The wagering for a free chip was a first as I remember X 75, but they changed it to X 50 and the maximum cashout can player withdraw was 100$, so not so bad for a free chip and there was 25$ which if you mange to wager the bonus, it has to be deposited, I guess verification of your account.

The second time I heard of this Ezugi software games, they have BetSoft slots,Top Game and some new for me Total Esofft Limited, which never heard of. So yes I open my account there, read the rules and as I guessed, the free chip was great offer, but can be played on some particular games, actually only several of them, which by my opinion, you can't hit anything big, neither wager the bonus. BetSoft were restricted to be played, although not that I am fan of them, but if I could pick or choose from this 4 software I would pick BetSoft games.

So I played for a while maybe half an hour, till I reached zero on my account. This casino has Costa Rica licence, which honestly didn't cashout from casinos with that licence, but what I have read they are good to go.They offer pretty good deposit bonuses, which 400% match bonus is a great one and the wagering is only X 25, so I guess pretty friendly for players. But since I am not fan of this software which they offer and didn't made my deposit here. The only thing I have tested in this casino is the free chip, although didn't read anything bad about them.
