Support do not answer to e-mails, withdrawal still not being paid

The last withdrawal of $ 829 was ordered by me 17,07,2017. There is still no money. They did not answer any of my e-mails. When I called the number listed on their website - there was an answering machine Previous withdraws also lasted more than a week without an answer to my е-mails How can you help me?

Made a deposit of £200 and had a few wins on Live Roulette and made a withdrawal of £500 on 25th Dec 2016, got an email back saying; Hi, Your withdrawal request has been accepted. Please allow 24-48 hours for approval. User: Domain: Panthercasino.com Requested: -500.0 GBP. Your new balance is 0.0 Transaction ID: 161225110502, on 2016-12-25 11:05:02 +0000, over Withdraw-neteller Have a nice day! The Panthercasino.com Support Team. Then received another email from [email protected] asking for ID documents so sent these back same day. Since then no sign of any money or contact from them, sent numerous emails asking if they had approved the documents and processed the withdrawal but no response, tried ringing the 0845 contact number as well but no-one pick up and goes to 02 voicemail.

I have been trying to contact Panther Casino for a week now, with regard to a withdrawal I requested in Bitcoins. They have not responded to my emails, or to my phone calls. The money has disappeared from my account balance, and there seems to be no mechanism on the site for viewing the transaction history. I'm a bit stuck now for what to do? I just want an update on how this withdrawal is being handled?

I submitted 2 requests for a withdrawal, both for £1500, so £3000 in total. A couple of days after my withdrawal request I got banned from the website. Every time I go www.panthercasino.com it automatically goes to https://www.panthercasino.com/banned.html with a message on the page saying "We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with access to our site. This may be because you are in a location which does not allow online gaming, or your account may have been made inactive. Please accept our apologies, and if you have any questions, please email support." I have sent various emails, all with no response, to try and find out what is going on. They were sent to [email protected] and [email protected] as these were the only 2 I could find online as there is nothing listed on the banned page I get directed to. I have also phoned them on 0845 299 3715 but never got an answer so after trying a few times, at different times of the day, I left a voice message with my mobile number asking them to call me back or at least reply to my emails. I have heard nothing at all from them so am very suspicious as to whether they have gone bust.... Please can you help?? All of this has been going on for about 3 - 4 weeks. I have been constantly checking my spam and deleted folders but there has been nothing from them. Regards Paul

I've made withdrawal of 750 euro, first the status was "pending" for to long and when it was finaly "succesfull"(after needed docu was sent trough), i've waited couple days (more the whats needed to proces a banktransfer) before contacting support, i have called and sent severall mails but they don't answer anymore (on website they claim to answer within 24h via mail and in the beginning they did but now i get nothing! no respons so please fix this;
