Still waiting for delayed £500 withdrawal


Made a deposit of £200 and had a few wins on Live Roulette and made a withdrawal of £500 on 25th Dec 2016, got an email back saying;

Your withdrawal request has been accepted. Please allow 24-48 hours for approval.

Then received another email from suppor­t@b­unb­ury­ven­tur­es.com asking for ID documents so sent these back same day.
Since then no sign of any money or contact from them, sent numerous emails asking if they had approved the documents and processed the withdrawal but no response, tried ringing the 0845 contact number as well but no-one pick up and goes to 02 voicemail.

Its been 24 hrs and still not received my withdrawal.

There was a delay due to the New Year in making this payment. Ultimately, the client did not provide the correct email address to make the payment to Neteller. However, we have now received this and he will receive his withdrawal within 24 hours.
