Untamed Crowned Eagle, is the second in the 'Untamed' series of games from Microgaming. There are 4 games in all, but each having its own special Wild feature. Untamed Bengal Tiger has Trailing Wilds, Untamed Crowned Eagle has Soaring Wilds instead. What this Soaring Wild symbol does is that it hovers over the reels before landing onto one position, with a random multiplier of either 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x. Some may like this feature, some may prefer one of the other 2 Wild features, but for me personally, this Soaring Wild feature is not the best of the 4 features.

Paytable wise, a few minor changes are apparent. The Wild symbol still pays the same 16.6x the total bet amount for getting 5 of them, but the Scatter symbol now pays a much better 250x the total bet for 5 of them. However, getting 2 Scatters anywhere on the reels do not pay anything, only for getting 3 or more Symbols. Getting 3 or more Scatters trigger 10 free spins with a Soaring Wild symbol for each and every free spin, but more free spins cannot be retriggered. This bit I don't quite like. Free spins should always be retriggerable, even though if getting them may be hard, but it does serve to provide more winning chances. Each Soaring Wild symbol comes with a random multiplier of between 2x to 10x. As for the other symbols in the game, they remained unchanged, except for the lower symbols, paying from 6.6x to 1.6x the total bet for getting 5 of each kind. A very low paytable suitable only for 243 or more ways to win.

Playing this game is almost exactly like playing any one of the other 3 'Untamed' games. Only the Wild feature makes the difference, both in the gameplay and in its payouts. With this Soaring Wilds, my Free Spins games paid slightly but marginally better than what I had gotten in the Bengal Tiger game, but are still within the range of 25x to 50x mostly, with a few occasional slightly better wins. Both the Bengal Tiger and this Crowned Eagle games tend to be more stable in terms of payouts than the other 2 games, which tend to be of slightly higher variance, even though the paytables are identical. Well, if you like frequent but smaller payouts, then either one of these 2 games would suit you nicely.

There's some great games in the Untamed series, and Crowned Eagle is I believe the newest one rolled out by Microgaming. I don't think it's up to the standard of Wolf Pack or Bengal Tiger, but it's still a fun 243 ways game with some nice, if not particular unique or innovative features.

The big feature here is the special bar at the bottom of each reel which fill up as you land the special scatter symbols. The fourth time you hit this symbol on a particular reel it will turn wild for the next five spins. Theoretically it is possible to get all five reels wild at the same time, as much as I would love to see it though I'd imagine the odds of this happening are somewhere in the high tens of millions to one and I don't think this game is popular enough for such a hit to appear on the screenshots threads any time soon either.

I'm glad they decided to include a standard free spins feature too, and like the other Untamed games this is triggered by the unusual large scatter symbols that you can't fail to spot! The Lucky Nudge feature is included too, so if you land two scatters but can see a third lying just off to the top or bottom of the reels the game will sometimes 'nudge' the extra scatter properly into view, triggering the bonus round. This is a nice touch but I'm sure the reel strips have been lengthened to keep the odds of hitting the free spins roughly similar to any other game, so it's more a gimmick than anything. The random multipliers in the free spins are a nice touch too, but as ever the larger 5x and 10x multipliers seem to be very rare and when they do show up, the odds are it will be on a low value win.

I'd rather play Wolf Pack, but Crowned Eagle makes a nice change from my regular 243 way games and with the big wins on the paytable and the possibility of landing five wild reels some day, I'll be putting a few spins through this one for some to come.

I simply love the ‘Untamed’ series from Microgaming. These games are unique in their own way and they provide great entertainment and great wins. Untamed Crowned Eagle is not my favourite, but I still play this video slot from time to time. I play this game in hope that I will see that one day.

My favourite feature in this game is when the whole reel turns into a wild. But the last time I played this slot I was not that lucky. I understand if the fifth reel is a wild and there are no wins, but it is so annoying when the first and second reel turn into a wild and winnings are so low.

Also it took me more than 200 spins to trigger the free spins feature. I got 10 free spins. During the free spins round there is an eagle wild with a different multiplier and on every spin it lands on a different reel. I got 11.90 from the free spins but I know that this game can pay a lot. I was just about to quit because the base game was so boring at times mainly because it ate all my money. But after seeing the bonus round I had to play and hope to trigger another free spins round. I like this game, but still I prefer to play some other from this series of video slots. I always prefer to play Untamed Panda, maybe because there are sticky wild symbols. Here free spins feature is good too, but it would be better if there could be at least two wild symbols during each spin. It could provide even bigger winnings. After all I will rate this game with 7 stars. The graphics and sounds are also good and I like that I can play it sometimes even in fast mode.

Of course goal is do this in same time for 3 or more reels, but i never did this here, at other untamed slots i had 3, but here even two for me is a problem and i did this only once. But i am also should say that i played crowned eagle much mroe less than other untamed series games.

Freespins feature is great, but boring, other untamed slots has better freespins features. For 3 or more scatters you get 10 freespins, and after everyspin eagle will made one symbol wild, and award multiplier to a win, up to 10x. Sounds good, but there is a problem that to have nice payout you need land some good 5 of a kind, and then hope for good multiplier. Usually slot just land 3 of a kinds, make wild for 4 or 5 of a kind, but multiplies is not big, or symbols is low, and so payouts are not very good.

Untamed Crowned Eagle is a slot that I have decided to try right after I had played Untamed Giant Panda and Untamed Wolf Pack. Both of these slots are in the Untamed series that I want to sort of speaking complete by trying them all out. Untamed Bengal Tiger is the only slot from this series that I haven't tried out so far. I tried out this slot at 32Red Casino where I also plan to try out the only game that I haven't tried out so far. This slot is powered by Microgaming and like others it has 5 reels and 243 paylines.

Just like I expected from this game it turned out to be great with really nice relaxing music in the background and really good graphics with awesome sharp symbols just like the Eagles Eye is. I played this slot with a 0.60$ bet per spin where the beginning was a little rough and with a lot of empty spins but that all changed when I managed to land three scatter symbols that granted me 10 free spins with Soaring wild feature that basically searches for a random symbol to turn wild and if that is a winning line, that win will be randomly multiplier by 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x or 10x multiplier which can end up in an awesome win. In my first free spin feature I managed to pull out 14$ and after that my balance kept increasing not by much but by a little bit thanks to the Collect a Wild feature in the main game and also a very frequent free spin trigger rate. After about two and a half hours later I decided to quit the game with a 75$ profit, since it started giving me a lot of empty spins without any wins. So I decided to switch to the last game that I haven't tried out from this series which was the Untamed Bengal Tiger that I already previously mentioned.

First impressions were excellent - but I expected no less. The graphics are extremely well drawn, the symbols big and clear, and the paytable describes the games features simply and verbosely. It's this kind of presentation that really sets MG games apart from their competitors. As for the theme itself, well I'm not much of a bird lover, and as a typical male I kinda found Bengal Tiger and Wolf Pack a little more suited to my own personal tastes, but hey.. you gotta have an open mind right? :)

As you spin the reels, every wild that lands on a reel will be indicated in the row of boxes under each reel - once you have gathered the maximum of four under a specific reel that entire reel will turn wild for the next four spins. This is a nice feature but in practice you are very unlikely to ever see more than two reels wild at any one time from this feature. Nevertheless it is possible to get all five reels wild for one or more spins if you happen to be extremely lucky!!

Base game payouts are not all that exciting - it is always the way with these 243 ways games though in my experience - the feature mode has the potential to multiply your wins with a multiplier up to 10 x, but as these are random and allocated on a per spin basis, you will be lucky to get more than a couple of spins with the 10 x multiplier in each feature, and of course, you'll need even more luck for those to be the ones that you had a decent win on in the first place.

One thing I would like to give particular credit to is the "Your Gamble" feature, which is essentially the "Pie Gamble" that is super popular here in the UK in land based casinos and arcades, and its great to see this offered in an MG game - please bring this to all your future slots!

The end result, in my experience, is that this game has extremely large variance - massive potential for huge wins, but almost no chance of ever seeing them, even if you played it every day for years. It's a nice game, sure, but I'd much rather play Untamed Wolf Pack - every time.

Untamed crowned eagle it is one of the newest game from microgaming software company, and i am really not sure did i like it or not, so let see what i will write in my review.

This game like every other game in the whole untamed series have 243 paylines, which is great thing. Also like every other game here we can collect wilds that appear, and than have reel stacked wild. It is can give some nice wins, but based on my experience this wilds never come in one time, and it is really hard to have more than two stacked wilds in one time, i am of course even not saying about 3 or more, chances are pretty low here.

Also like at all untamed series payouts are a bit low in my opinion, so generally it is very hard to win something decent during free spins. You can trigger free spins by hitting 3 or more wilds on any place, and you will be awarded with 10 free spins. Here microgaming finally did something new, and decide to show us that they always have some fresh ideas. Here during every spin eagle can appear and make one wild on any place, and this wild will have multiplier, 2x 3x 4x 5x or a cool x10 multiplier. Of course it is give us some potential to good hits, but generally my best feature paid me something like 125x , so you really need to see good 5 of a kind + 10 x multiplier, to have really nice win in feature. Also game of course looks great, i can't complain.

I must admit that this slot “Untamed Crown Eagle” is so well made that when I played first time the Free Spins all the chills passed over me and almost I had tears of emotion. That is, the story of those eagles which soar to the heights is so well told that the game play itself is impressive. When 4 Wilds are collected the whole reel becomes wild for the next 4 spins. Just a little waiting to gather these Wilds because at one moment all reels will become one after another Extended Wild. This is a very useful feature. The amplitude of the music changes like if you soar toward the heights even more.

During Free spins if you are at the highest horizons. The emotions are so powerful and the pleasure of the game itself is extreme. A “Soaring Wild” accompanies these feelings and at every spin it places itself in another place on the reels and provides another multiplier.
