Slot Features
The game has 2 special symbols. The Scatter and the Mystery symbol. Mystery Symbols
Mystery symbol can land one per reel, and when it does, it will reveal a red, yellow or green colour. If the revealed colour matches any Wild Car that will increase the Wild Car’s multiplier. If the Mystery colour matches the Sticky Wild Car colour, its multiplier will increase by 1.
Rage Buff
Before each bonus starts, the Rage Buff will get activated and decide on additional spins and multipliers that will apply to the Wild Cars. These Cars will land on the last reel and move horizontally through the reels and take the effect of the road sign it passes.
Available sign symbols are the Stop Sign that will stop the car movement and can land only during the Rage Buff respin. Turn Sign will make the car turn left, right or make a U-turn. Once the U-turn is reached the Rage Buff respin will activate. Wild Cars
All Cars are Wild and each comes with a different feature attached depending on the colour. Yellow Car comes with Engine Breakdown and will increase all other symbol sizes by 1 on the same reel. Red Car is the Drive-by that will drive right to left and increase the symbol multiplier by 1 for all the symbols it drives over and leaves a Wild where it started and stops. Green Car is another Drive-by that does the same as the Red Car just going in the opposite direction left to right.
Colliding Cars trigger when the Red and Green Wild Cars move toward each other in the same row and there are an odd number of symbols in between. When colliding, the multipliers on the respective cars will get added and the result Multiplier will get displayed on the Colliding Wild that will remain sticky if either Red or Green Car is sticky during the mode.
Car movements are stopped by Scatter, Mystery or other Wild Cars. The stop position will get the Cars values added to its position with the defaulted value of 0 and can be increased in bonus modes. Wild payout only occurs when a full screen of Wilds happens that will trigger Ghost Rider.
Ghost Rider
Ghost Rider awards a max payout of the game which is x36000 the base bet, and when the total win exceeds this amount the game round will end and the max prize will get awarded.
Bonus
Scatters trigger the bonus rounds and which one you will get will depend on the number of the triggering Scatters. Rage Buff is triggered again with 3 Wild Cars, and each Sticky Car at the bonus upgrade will award +1 spin and Collided Sticky Car will award +2 spins.
City Mayh3m is triggered through the upgrade or by triggering 5 Scatters with 5 rows. All 3 Wild Cars will be Sticky Wild at their stop position during the bonus mode.
Summary
Road Rage could benefit from a better-looking design and artwork, but we’re kind of used to having NoLimit City slots that are kind of confusing at first until you get into the ropes and learn the fine details. The gameplay may be intricate but it’s not really what you could call the provider’s best work, even though it comes with 96.03% RTP, high volatility and a staggering x36000 the bet as maximum exposure.
