Battle Cards is a quick-paced and simple table game where lucky streaks can be seriously rewarding. Based off of the popular card game war, Battle Cards pits the player against the dealer in a card comparison match. If you're having good luck conquering the dealer in our free version of Battle Cards, you can play for real money at any reputable Chartwell casino.
To start a game of Battle Cards, click a chip on the bottom-right portion of the window. Place the chips in the Ante field by clicking in it. You may also place chips in the Tie field if you want to make the optional Tie bet. Press Deal to start the game, or push Undo to clear the bets and place new ones.
The dealer will deal one card to you and one to herself. Deuces are low, and aces are high. If your card is higher than the dealer's, you win 1:1 on the Ante. If your card is lower, you lose the ante. If the cards are tied, the real action starts. First, if you made the Tie wager, you will win 10:1. Next, you must either surrender half your bet or go to war. In order to go to war, you must make a second wager equal to the first one. The dealer will deal you one more card, then deal herself another after three burn cards. You win 1:1 on the raise and your ante bet pushes if your war card is equal to or greater than the dealer's. Otherwise, the dealer wins both bets. Overall, Battle Cards is a fantastic game for players looking for some no-nonsense action.
