Zodiac Casino - non payment of winnings

I deposite 1 GBP and started playing the slots. When I won 500GBP I withdrew all my winnings. I received an email from them telling me that it was already in process. after 3 days of waiting again they sent me an email telling that my account has been blocked and all my winnings were confiscated due to illegal play. I dont see anything wrong with the way I played. I only have one account with them and I used only one computer. Is this how online casino works? Am I to think that zodiac casino is not trustworthy?

Player broke 25% rule.

Following email was sent to the player on 1st June:

Hello "Player"

We would like to inform you that your cashin and account has been blocked due to a breach of the Bonus Account Terms and Conditions of the casino.

For more information please look under Bonus Account Terms and Conditions include >> Point 13

“The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. ‘Irregular play’ includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:

1. Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;

2. Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;

3. Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette”

4. Starting a game's feature after the bonus balance used to build up the credits towards the feature has reached 0.

Therefore, the winnings are void and have been confiscated. Your casino account will remain locked.

I still dont understand what these rules on illegal play is. I need you to please explain to me clearly. If you need to give me an example please do so, because I need to clearly understand ewhat you are trying to inform me. >Thank you.

For example, if your bonus received is $20, the maximum bet you can make with the bonus is $5. Your bets were over this amount. For details on the bets that broke this rule, please reply to the email from risk management.
