Zodiac casino have confiscated my winnings and blocked my account . I placed £1 on my account and was given a £20 bonus to play and I had to play until I met the conditions for a withdrawal. I eventually got to £205 and was told I was able to withdraw my winnings, so I withdrew £200. I was then sent an email from the help desk saying my withdrawal is in a stage where it can be reversed, I ignored this reversal and I have just received an email saying that my winnings have been voided and that my account has been blocked. I work for a large bookmakers in the UK and if we did this I believe it would be illegal. Could you please help?

4. Starting a game's feature after the bonus balance used to build up the credits towards the feature has reached 0.

Therefore, the winnings are void and have been confiscated. Your casino account will remain locked.


Every one of your bets broke the 25% rule.

I have sent the playcheck over to Ask Gamblers support so they can close this complaint.

 The playcheck we received proves the statement about breaking the 25% rule, so this complaint have to be closed as solved!
