hi, on august 7th i won $700 cad and i requested a withdrawal, same day i received a confirmation for that and on august 9th i received a second email saying that my withdrawal was processed and it will take maximum 5 business days to have the fund in my checking account which did not happen so i reached out via chat and at first if there is any issue with my account and they confirmed that its all good an i should send an email to paymen­[email protected]­cas­ino­rew­ard­s.com and ask for a followup. 3 days later after sending the email no one responded so i reached out via chat again and the agent told me just wait for the payments to respond and she said she cant give me time frame.

Hi yukon gold casino yes i did and they were not able to trace any transaction [whether pending, in progress or completed] with the reference number you provided. i even talked to a supervisor and apart form the payments i received from ruby fortune and spin palace there was nothing. i just wanted to say that i'm used to the e-check payment with many online casinos and i never had such an issue and also i have no limit in my checking account. i really find it strange that i was paid by other casinos smoothly and i'm having hard time with yours i also added a screenshot if you want to check it.
