Winnings have gone missing
My winnings of $800 was released from Yukon gold on the 5th of June 2023. It is now 21st of June 2023 and they can't seem to locate my winnings. I have been trying to get some sort of an explanation as to what, where, or when my money or where it could possibly bea, as I live in new Zealand and I have already spoken with the international payments team there with my Westpac bank and they confirmed that it should have shown up a long time ago and that it had to be Yukon casinos banking side. So I relayed what I was told back to the casino and they can't actually give me any information what so ever. They keep saying that they will be in touch with me by the end of the week, well for two weeks from the 5th of June I was getting told I had to wait out the 6-10 days and then they can escalate the were abouts of my winnings, so wait out the full two weeks because u count the weekends it's a full two weeks may be a bit more. So 10 days is now up and now they are telling me I have to wait till the end of the week Friday.
I know the processing team and etc don't work weekends so this will mean I got to wait till Monday won't I if that have no answers for me, and so my point is how long are they allowed to keep us waiting by law.
I also have today's transcripts of my live chat conversation also. All I want to know is were is my winnings because I haven't got any issues as to verification, email, miss spelling error of any sort, so why the delay.
