Ok.. so i have 23$ available in cashback...

I take it. And win 130$ i want to cashout... as i normally do...

Im suprised to see that ecopayz is no longer there...

So i ask support why? What happened? And how do i cashout since the last deposit method used was ecopayz..

Their is no way to cashout ??? Stupid they tell me to use a other deposit method but i will not be able to cashout more than the initial deposit method..

They never advise me whatsoever the support team is the worst i ever saw!!! how is this my fault they dont use ecopayz anymore??? I need to deposit using a other method in order to do a cashout because you guys are not accepting ecopayz??? This is nonsense total rip off..

How do i cashout my 130$ in my account ???

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of 1xslots Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

Good day, dear Askgamblers users!

To become a better assistant for our clients, we work now on old complaints. Our devoted player K.L. had an issue with withdrawal in may, unfortunately, our representative was not able to reply on this request here, but I must assure that our French support did their best to assist the customer timely. The withdrawal method that he tried to use (Ecopayz) was not availalbe. They advised him to use alternative payment methods like electronic wallets, but he did not reply back and used the funds. Right now, the player does not have any further issues with withdrawals, he is able to withdraw funds via Ecopayz and MuchBetter. If K.L. has anything to add here, we would like to listen him and provide our aid.
