have not received 4 payouts since nov 2017 1. nov 21st 2017 $685 2. dec 6 2017 $1000 3 dec 22, 2017 $1000 jan 12, 2018 $200 total $2885 going on live chat weekly get the same answer its being escalated. every week same answer. go to live chat weekly and get the same answer it will take 15 days. still no word from ruby slots. all 4 withdrawls have been already approved.

Unfortunately, the documents were not properly noted to your account, which caused the added frustration.

that is not true I have sent all the correct paperwork into you (ruby slots) several times over.... this seems to be a another stall tactic on the part of ruby slots....

I'm so sorry for the delay coming back to you.
I've received a note from our Payments Manager stating we do not have a letter from your bank regarding the returned checks--I was under the mistaken impression we already had this. Unfortunately, until we receive a copy of the bank letter, we cannot re-issue the payments.
Can you please send this over to me as soon as possible?
