Withdrawals being held for too long, $10,000 still pending


after filling out all paperwork and thinking everuthing was fine i find out only by me contacting them that they needed more information.I then submit it all once again and hear no update on confirmation as i asked that they please do.After spending 2 weeks on chat trying to find out when my winnings will be paid and when documents will add and approve my information i got the same automated answer it will be soon please bear with us. everytime i turned around my winnings were placed back on my account and were taken from my withdraw.this being said i had to continuasly withdraw them again and the dates showing when i won are far from the truth due to them placing them in my account and me having to withdraw again.ive been told that everything was escalated yet ive not had one winning pulled or wired yet.please help to get these wires coming in weekly as im owed 10.000$ and this has dragged on long enough and has set everything behind.i dont mind depositing hundreds daily but when i win i would like to collect and be valued as a good customer who supports the casino.I look forwaed to this being resolved quickly.thank you

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.
We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

Hi Tanya--

I've checked on your other withdrawals and I see those are listed to be approved on 2/23 and 2/26.

I'd like to respectfully ask that AskGamblers close this complaint, as the original issue has now been resolved. These most recent withdrawals are not outside our posted approval times and therefore, should not be a part of this issue. Should these withdrawals exceed the posted timeline, then of course, I'll be happy to look after things.

I'm so sorry--this travelling thing has made it so difficult to be responsive to everyone. :-/

Since my last post to you, two payments have been sent off:

2/9 Paid $650 for transaction #54741782
2/2 Paid $1030 for transactions #54697277 ($100) & # 54732302 ($930)

The payment from the 9th should be in your account, any day now.

As of now, I see no further withdrawals pending approval or payment.
