Withdrawals still not processed after 13 days

I made withdrawals of £419.73 on 20/4, £1775.85 on 21/4 and £200.87 on 22/4 which are all still showing as waiting authorisation. I have contacted support who told me that I need to submit a code which I will receive in the post but I still haven't received this code despite chasing it with support on 2 occasions.
