hi, i signed up with allslotscasino few weeks ago . i made a deposit with my mastercard and i ended up winning 500$. they ask for my documents to verify my account. i sent all the documents to them( Driver license , government ID, address proof , credit card, bank account picture) . i sent them three times just to make sure that they received my documents. i saw in my account that all of my documents have been approved. so i requested a withdrawal of 500$. since that time they keep cancelling my withdrawal , reverse the money back to my account. when i tried to contact them via live chat , they keep telling me that imma have to wait 48 hours and send my documents again. its not fair at all. is there someone that can really help with this?
