Hi,
I made a withdrawal of 1840, I have been asked to send a copy of my credit card , the card has already been verified on previous withdrawals, I thought this was a one off thing, now the card the account is linked to is actually closed and I haven't even used it for deposits on the casino for months. I have sent you copy of my card I have been using which I thought was the correct procedure?? Can you tell me why I have to keep providing the same information? I can only get a account closure letter for the account number, not the card.
I love all slots and I have never had an issue withdrawing. Help please!!
