Payment taking too long


Hi, so I am a avid player on Dr Vegas I enjoy the games and the bonuses but the problem I have is that I wanted to withdraw my winning no bonus, just winning and I done that on the 23rd may at 5.30am so I messaged Dr Vegas on the live chat on the Tuesday and asked How long will it be and he said it will be done around the end off the week so I said okay, messaged again today out of curiosity and he said it won't be done now til the end of next week? Why is it taking so long to authorise a payment I play on many online slots won good amounts of money and never had to wait this long it's only 120 pound but it's money that I won and it's taking too long?
