Hi I won just over $3500 on all slots casino, I went to withdraw but had to spin another 125 times to do so. That being done I withdrew but with no contact the money was put back onto my gaming account. I contacted support and was told I had to send my drivers license photo which I did but it wasn't a clear enough photo. I got better photo sent that to be asked for bank statement and card photo (after being put back into my account again and playing back $1000. Since then the casino has requested my photos 3 times, cut me off live chat, cut a phone call short (all me contacting them first) and just gave me the general run around. 5 weeks later I seem no closer to the $2000 they owe me.
