Withdrawal still pending after 9 days


First of all, I am fully verified at this casino, it is not possible to make a withdrawal until verification is complete.

I have been told the cheque will be send within 10 days. Beside that it still needs to be delivered from malta (or curacao?) to germany which takes another few days.

Why on earth is my withdrawal just pending since 9 days instead of sending me that cheque???

Please send the cheque with tracking number directly, I have seen other horror storys here where people never did receive their cheques as long it was not beeing sent tracked.

As for now I would say the complain is resolved.
My Bank told me it can take up to 30 days to clear that cheque.
This is just horrible, why such complicated since there is SEPA.
Anyway, they did send me the cheque and for now it is ok.
