Dear AskGamblers
I've been a long time customer with Box24casino and have made multiple deposits. I never won, just deposit and lots. So they kept sending me promotions and emails.
On March 4th I made a deposit and actually won this time. I sent the documents and they got approved. I requested a withdrawal afterwards.
Multiple times I asked about the withdrawal status. Empty promises. E.g. on sunday I asked in chat when my WD will be processed, they told me monday. Now yesterday morning my withdrawal was canceled. This was on tuesday. I ask again today wednesday why this happened, they are clueless and say they dont know. They told me that they will message the email department. However I never received any email regarding the cancellation.
I've read that they play these little games where they stall with withdrawals. But this is over the top. I hope they pay me ASAP.

The payment has been received.
It was only for 200 €, and the hassle and jumping thru hoops required by Box24casino was outrageously high. Only once I contacted AG they stopped ignoring me and started the process of paying me. Thank you AG.
I don't recommend anyone to play there if they want an easy, hassle free experience.
