On the 16h of December i opened an account at Slotty Vegas.
I deposited 50€ and received other 50€ of bonus.
I completely fullfilled the wagering requirements and in the meanwhile, playing various slots, my casino balance came to 3000€.
On 19th and 20th of December, after my document verification process was completed, i requested 2 withdrawal's of 1500€ each.
Casino support told me that these two transactions were processed in 24 and 25 of December.
To this day (01/01/2016) i don't even see those transacctions on my virtual credit card online statement.
Normally after they appear in my virtual credit card online statement, a couple of days later they enter my bank account.
So, this means i will not receive my money at least until 4 or 5 of January.
I'm trying to be patient but i would like to know if the transacctions were effectively made.

I already see the two transactions on my virtual credit card online statement.
Now it should take a couple of days to the funds enter my bank account.
I will update when this happens.

Due to the Holidays the withdrawal was processed with a small delay by our card provider . You should receive the funds over the next days.

Our Customer Support emailed you the ARN reference codes for transaction's tracking with your bank.

Should you still not have received them by Friday then we kindly ask you to provide us with an updated statement from your bank account so we may track this for you.

The situation is now completely resolved.

The funds of the two payments entered my bank account today.

Following a request on behalf the Slotty Vegas Casino management for re-evaluation of the operator's closed AGCCS cases, AskGamblers Complaint Team reached to the conclusion that in this particular case there is no evidence for operator's misconduct. Reason - player's withdrawal was duly processed within the allocated time frames but since it was made during the Christmas/New Year period, there was a delay from the banks end in the funds reaching the player due to reduced bank working hours over this festive period. Therefore, the status of the complaints case is being changed from Resolved to Rejected.
