Dr Vegas Casino - Withdrawal Payment Delay

I submitted a withdrawal request for £57 a week ago with Dr Vegas and the withdrawal is still showing as pending in my account.I contacted support on Monday of this week and they said they had to do a manual check of my game play before the withdrawal could be authorized.But they still have not checked my game play and the funds are still showing as a pending withdrawal in my account.It seems way to long to wait for a withdrawal to be processed.
