Withdrawal approved, but after two weeks still no payment


I requested a withdrawal on the 9th April for £70, 13th April for £30 and 15th April for £70 they have all been approved. These winnings are all fair and square. You can't withdraw anything unless your wallet allows this. Up to now I have not received anything. Contacted Dr Vegas Chat and they replied that their payment gateway failed and they had installed a new one on Friday 21st April, 2017. I enquired when I would receive payment and was told Monday 24th. I have checked my bank account and still no payments. That is two weeks for the first withdrawal request. This is unacceptable and will not use their site any longer which is a pity as I enjoyed their casino.
