Dr Vegas Casino - Withdrawal issue, no one helps

I had a stroke of luck on this casino and won £1000 I read their terms regarding withdrawals and it states 3-5 working days for the withdrawal to be authorised and monies to be in my bank. However this is working day 4 and still showing as wait authorisation. I contacted the chat and asked if there was any issues and they said no otherwise they would have been in contact by now. Every time I ask about it they say the same thing sometimes it takes longer and they don't seem to care. I am going to use this money to take my mum on a small holiday as she is extremely unwell and time isnt exactly on my side. I used this site as their withdrawal information seemed fairly quick. I haven't had much luck of late and when I won this money I thought great now I can take my mum away for a few days. I have very little money until I recieve these funds and this is causing me to worry how I will manage until I do. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated as no one from dr vegas seems to want to help
