I have not yet received any payment from this casino although my withdrawal request for £123 was on 13th June. They asked me to complete a faxback form to submit copies all the many documents they required. I did all that on 19 June and had no response from them to that email even though I asked them to confirm they had everything they needed from me. I have sent further reminders since that date but with no replies from them. The money is still there in my account as a reversible withdrawal. They keep sending me emails with offer to tempt me to play again.
