I have a withdrawal still pending from 17th November 2014 for £108. After contacting the casino several times via chat i have been told my query had been passed on to accounts and they would contact me. I have also emailed the customer service email address but get no reponse or acknowledgment regards my query

I confirm i did receive payment of £90 rather than the £108 expected. I am just relieved i got something after waiting over 2 months and being fobbed off several times via the online customer chat service. I would advise people against using this casino if they expect prompt payment and good customer service
