Withdrawal complaint, very poor customer service
I withdrew £600 on the 24th February...I was told up to 5 days processing...I'm still waiting as wait authorisation..I've emailed...I've been on live chat I have phoned the. To be fobbed off about 50 times all say the same thing wait for email...A email never comes...live chat havent got a clue as one person saying one thing and the other saying totally different...I phoned Anita manager today as I've had enough and what I was greeted with was a very angry lady telling me to stop asking and I've been told that it will be done this week.. (I was told that last week also ) very abrupt on phone and shouted over me whilst sounded like she was stuck in traffic...I don't trust this site at all and neither do several other people by the looks of it...I want my money cleared by tomorrow or I will take this further...its disgusting customer service and a very poor run site to say the least..I am a very unhappy customer right now
