I have emailed several times- not one response. Live chat keeps giving me a link to click on but doesn't work. They said they would email me the authorization forms and list of documents needed. I can't get any response. I have 1300 pending now for 10 days because I am unable to obtain forms I need

I received paperwork needed within /4 hrs of submitting my claim. They said payment has gone to processor and I should see it in 10 days. Ruby slots finance emailed me direct after submitting the complaint. problem resolved. Thank you!

First, I apologize for the delay in responding to this. I was traveling for work and I'm scrambling to get caught up on things.
As you know, we were waiting to receive your preferred method of payment and your documents. We did finally receive everything and I'm happy to say your payment has already gone off to processing and I would expect you will see the funds reflected in your account by mid-week, next week.
