I won £5500 on the early hours of Monday morning on the Tuesday night I had to send copy of my passport bank card proof of address I did all that I then phoned on the Wednesday and they saying they waiting for managers approval . I've emailed today and had no reply . So phoned and keep getting told the same thing .
