I made a withdrawal for £1000 on my account on Saturday. The withdrawal seemed like it had been approved, the funds have left my account, not knowing I had an email from you telling me to verify my account and send some documents. I have sent these documents this morning. I want to know how long these issues usually take to resolve and when I should actually receive MY money? I think it is completely ridiculous that you will allow me to carry on depositing and taking money off me whilst this verification process is going on but need all these security checks when it comes to withdrawing my money back. Hi Ryan,

My name is Roger and I am the Jackpot 247 Customer Service Complaints Manager.

I can see that you requested a withdrawal on 21st July, and was immediately informed on the same day that we needed some documentation to fully verify the account and therefore be able to process the requested withdrawal. The requested documentation was received on the 26th July, approved immediately and the withdrawal was processed and approved on that same day, in fact, we informed of this via email at 13:35, always on the same day.

In view of this, I am glad to confirm that both the verification and withdrawal processes, were carried out well within the time frames published on the site i.e 24-48 hours.
