I have submitted my paperwork to the faxback on 2/18/13 and 2/19/13. I also submitted to Lori in the finance dept on 2/21/13 and 2/24/13. Submitted to Robin in the finance dept on 2/28/13. I then called the customer service dept and spoke a manager name Jonathan, submitted my paperwork to him on 3/7/13. Spoke with Adrianna by chat online and she stated to send the paperwork to her, which I did on 3/27/13 and she confirmed receipt. I submitted my paperwork again to Abby in the finance dept on 4/1/13. Submitted again to faxback on 4/4/13. I have yet to receive a response on approval. This needs to get resolved ASAP!!!!!
