Slow Pay

I could really use your help. I won $7,878.00 at Win Palace on Oct. 15th, 2013. I had to wait the full 10 days to get the approval to obtain my winnings. On Oct. 29th I received an email that $500 is being sent to my bank. I don't know how soon I will receive this $500. So, on the 29th I went back into the casino and found out I have to wait 10 full days before I can even submit another withdrawal. Then once I submit the withdrawal there is another 10 day waiting period to get approval to send me a $500 withdrawal. I requested 3 times to Adrianna that I receive larger payouts due to the amount needed withdrawn overall. However, after 3 emails, not one response to my inquiry. At this rate I will receive $500 per month for 16 months. It will take a year and half to get my winnings. This is ridiculous. I will never waste my money again at Win Palace. They know how to chase players away. I have made a screen shot of my balance $7378 in the casino. I realize their waiting periods are used to hopefully make players "play" their winnings away so they don't have to pay out. Can you help to get Win Palace to pay out at least $3,000 per month so I don't have to wait 20 days just to get $500.00? -- thus over a year and a half. Your help is appreciated. One lump sum payment would be best.

I don't see where I can insert the documentation or screen print in this comment section.

The issue is resolved. Win Palace provided an email today stating $1500 was paid. The funds were in Clickturbine where I created an ACH to my account. The funds should be in my account within 2 days. Thanks for your help!!

Hi Diana,

this changed after getting in touch with them. They will pay the last installment on the whole amount.

You should be receiving the payment within the next business days.

They are not behind on their $500 installment payments. Currently, they have paid to-date, but will not -- refuse to pay the total balance owed in a lump sum of $1500.

405 Euros Payment declined
Last year (november/2014) I made a withdraw requested that was denied with the "90 business days review" excuse. So, i wait untill the end of this process and made a new withdrawal request in the amount of 405 Euros on 28/04. Two weeks later I received an email from James Corden, from the financial department, saying that "we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has dramatically decreased." I really need your help to get my money. Here are the emails sent to me by them: [email protected] 27-11-2014 Para: ****@hotmail.com [email protected] Dear Miguel, I would like to inform you that as per our decision as Finance Department your last withdrawal request was denied and the requested funds were reimbursed to your playable balance as we are reviewing your account. This process might take up to 90 business days. As soon as we have any updates regarding your account we will inform you via email. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
