Questionable Payout Process
I have not received specific details regarding the payout of my winnings. I did not play with a bonus; therefore, my winnings were not subject to any playthrough terms. I completed the required Faxback documents of which the Finance Dept. Rep. confirmed. I contacted WinPalace's Customer Service Dept seeking clarification regarding the Faxback Document process. To date I have not received an approval. WinPalace's policy states withdrawals will be paid in installments within 5-10 business days. After reading several posts on this website, I have some concerns. On Aug. 12, 2013 I requested a $3k wire transfer and I still have approx. $4700 dollars to request. I played fair and square and expect to receive my winnings. I have screen shots, email correspondence and a copy of WinPalace's published withdrawal policy and procedures. I was also told Faxback documents could NOT be submitted by fax. Please help me.
