Unfair confiscation of 1400+ winnings due to retrospective change of bonus terms

Staybet have removed my money on the wrong terms. I follow the terms but still, they just remove all my money (1411euro). They try to tell me that I have played in restricted games, I have not. They try to tell me that thunderstruck is the same game as "thunderstruck 2" as every gambler knows it 2 different games. thunderstruck is 9 line and thunderstruck 2 is 243ways. I have the emails in pictures under.

I find it strange how you send one thing on email and say something different on ask gamblers. Is it really so hard to do the right thing? You have obvious change the terms and do a lot of shady actions. Just pay out the money and end this case.
