1xslots Casino - Stalling $6,000 withdrawal, asking several times for verification paperwork


On 19/4 finally was able to submit withdrawal back to credit card $6000 after the system did not even allow any withdrawal under any method for 24 hours. Emailed all documents to [email protected] of photos of driver license and credit card which i took clearly with camera. Heard nothing. After numerous follow up emails not responded to, on 23 April received email from [email protected] requesting exactly same documents again no mention of other id requests or acknowledgement. This time scanned my id with a scanner. Got email on 25/4 need photos only not scanned. Resent documents as requested again by camera. Heard nothing more. 27/4 received an email they want photos of passport. This casino simply and deliberately stalls payments and does not provide any relevant answers to emails. I am very concerned with how they operate and are treating me.

We want to be closer to you all, so we need to finish some of our earlier cases. Due to the lack of experience unfortunately we did not solve successfully some of the early complaints in time.

A little story about our verification procedure:

A thorough check is carried out by the website when a player makes a withdrawal on the bankcard to make sure that the cardholder and the account holder is exactly the same person in order to avoid problems with the bank when sending funds further.

Due to this check the customer (T.F.) was unable to withdraw any funds to complaint date. The quality of the sent documents did not meet the required account security criteria. After applying to AskGamblers, T.F. sent us all the documents in the required quality what allowed him to withdraw all the funds via Bitcoin transfer on 5th May. After he did so, he applied to our self-exclusion email service to close the account. We did that, since then T.F. does not play on our website anymore. At the end his complain was solved with our and AskGamblers assistance in due time.

Now funds are back in my casino account. No explanation and no ability to withdraw under any methods. This casino is a complete and utter joke. No customer service emails, nothing!
