Game glitch and missing funds issue not investigated accordingly
Hello, i played last weekend in this new casino.
My issue:
I got stuck at Alice Cooper Slot. I won 10 Free Spins but last spin could not be finished. Before i contact support i tried several times to
close browser and delete Cache but it doesnt helped. Ok then i took a screenshot from this slot, where i was stuck at the last free spin.
i already won 282,50 Euro and had 1 remaining free spin.
Immediately after that i contacted support. There i was taking to Aria. She said i should try a different browser(s)
So i did but i was not a browser issue. She said, that she will forward this issue to support. i should wait around 5-7 business days.
OK, today i logged in into my account and i was talking to Zach. He said that i already received and email about that.
