Hello i withdrawal 1.400 euro on monday 26.10 , my account is veryfied, yesterday i send mail to finance department and they send me this:

Complaint is not founded since it was paid in within 5 days in total since the request.
Usually withdrawals are paid within 1-2 days, however we are complaint with the MGA regulations and we processed the withdrawal within the required time-line.
