I am writing to report a delay and lack of response regarding my withdrawal request from WestCasino. Below is a detailed timeline of my communications with their team:

May 14, 2024: Received an email from the account manager at WestCasino congratulating me on my winnings and reminding me to submit my documents for account verification.

June 27, 2024: Received confirmation from WestCasino's finance team that my documents were approved and my account was verified.

June 28, 2024: I inquired whether I should expect my withdrawals now that my account was verified.

July 1, 2024: Sent a follow-up email to WestCasino's finance team as I had not received any withdrawals despite the verification.

July 2, 2024: Sent another follow-up email requesting a check on my account due to no response or withdrawals received.

July 4, 2024: Sent a final follow-up email expressing frustration at the lack of response

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, I have not received my winnings of 6,931.20 EUR. I kindly request AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and ensuring my withdrawals are processed without further delay.

I have reviewed your account and the verification process isn't yet completed.

You will not be able to withdraw any funds until you will provide all the requested documentation and the Finance team will conclude their investigation.

For this you will need to stay in contact directly with our Finance team via email. They will instruct you on the further required documents.

Dear EduardAsk Gamblers,
All requested documentation have been provided to the finance team but nothing is being done about it except asking for the same things again. The amount of documents you asked for which i have sent straight away to you is unreal for the deposit size also. I have been waiting for my money since April. Documentation West Casino have asked for so far and all been done:
1.Passport front and back
2. Selfie holding passport
3. Proof of address
3. Selfie holding proof of Address
4. Proof of Skrill.
05- Complete Skrill lifetime history in PDF
06. Bank statements for all deposits from Wise account to my skrill account.
07- Copy of cards pictures.
8. Then start the process of asking for documents Casino already have had again.
And this is where we are and still not got my money. Asked for everything bar a picture of my kitchen sink and still we are in the same situation.

Dear Ask Gamblers,
I have received a new email from West Casino again asking for 2 documents they had had repeatedly and now a new document to complete. I have emailed this to them and i attached on here.
Please can i stress that this is alot of work. Alot of questions and documentations for a 200€ Casino deposit.

In order to avoid delays in the verification process we kindly ask that
you make sure to send only the documents we request, exactly as they are
requested.

To complete the current verification we are still waiting to receive the
following from you:

1. A screenshot of the "Verification & Features" page from you Skrill
account. (Note that this is a different page from the Account Details
page which you keep sending).

2. Further Wise bank statements showing how the account balance, preset
at the beginning of the previously provided statement, was accumulated.

3. The Source of Funds form completed correctly. You will need to print
this out and fill it out declaring all your sources of income and also
stating their monthly amount. The document needs to be signed by hand
and you should take a photo of the signed document and provide it to us.

4. To support the statement given in the Source of Funds form, please
also provide bank statements showing the payments received for your
declared sources of income for the period February 2024 - April 2024 (3
months).

Our Finance team informed me that you haven't sent all the documents they requested and that the files you sent are altered, therefore won't be accepted.

Kindly note that for bank statements we only accept the original pdf file issued by your bank.

Refer to their email and make sure to re-send all the requested information accordingly.

Sorry I got like no responds again.

Yea i got the document from my bank and tried to open it with and it didn't work.

We have forwarded the documents you sent to the finance team. They will check them and email you with updates as soon as they have any.

Kindly keep in mind that you also need to send the Source of Funds document. You need to print it out and fill it in and sign it by hand, then send a photo of it to as a reply to this email, or you can upload it on the website, in the Identity Verification section from "My Profile".

Also, kindly keep in mind that the bank statement showing the payments received for your declared sources of income should be for the period February 2024 - April 2024, not March - June 2024.
