After winning €600 I decided to withdraw my funds, one hour after trying to withdraw the funds I get an email asking for verification. That was done quick and easy.
After this there has been nothing happening, the livechat isn’t giving any real answers about what is going on, they only say I will have my money soon.
After having no results from the livechat the first 2 days I send emails to both the finance department och the support email, this was 3 days ago and I still haven’t had an answer from any of them. The only ones answering like I said before is the live chat, but u get the same answers every time, “soon”. But nothing to show for it.
