Hi Guys, so I've played at this casino and managed to get my balance over the minimum withdrawal amount and complete all wagering requirements. After submitting my withdrawal request I asked the support chat(very friendly, albeit quite useless if you need any real support) how to proceed to verify my account. It was stated that I needed to send an email to finance@westcasino.com with all necessary documents(ID, proof of address and so forth). That was done by me immediately. A few hours later I get an email to submit those documents, after resubmitting the documents again I inquired in the live chat and that seems to be just a formality. This happened another time as well, but a day later.
Now, I keep inquiring with the live chat how everything is going along, but nothing is being communicated than the same basic copy paste sentences (I've got screenshots).
How long does it take to verify 5 photos?
This has never happened to me and is absolute madness.
I implore westcasino to make amends and fix this problem. This is a measly 110 Euro we're talking about.

Once your account is verified the withdrawal goes to the pending queue and from that point it will be reviewed within 5 business days.
Usually the process is much faster, it all depends on how many requests are in fronts of yours in the queue.
You'll be informed by email once this happens.

Yes, the documents have finally been verified but the withdrawal is apparently still stuck in limbo. I'd be good if your support staff could give any information whatsoever about the status or if there were any kind of information regarding withdrawal times. As of now I have no clue whatsoever when the money will be coming.
