Hello... It's already week ago i requested my whitdraw which is 1600 euro,and received nothing from casino what's whit my whitdraw. Even i verified my account. I did contact finance team and got nothing in back, even simple reply. Can anyone explain me, help me what's whit my whitdraw??? Why taking so long time?? I thought this casino is serious one but just makes me confused.

U didn't gave me any evidence how did i breach bonus rules. Who has used my ip address?? I need fool evidence and proof about that. Finance team doesn't giving me anything and ignoring my questions all the time. If bonus was generated how did i play whit bonus money they. U can see on my early post that bonus wasn't on my account after 19.09.2019

I confirmed once again with the finance team that the winnings were generated from the 1st deposit bonus.
Each promotional bonus is limited to one per user, IP address and so on. The finance team informed you in this regard.
As much as I would love to do something about it, the finance's team decision is final.
